A $3 handling charge has been added to the actual party fee for all credit card transactions.

The Hotel dates above are the dates by which YOU must contact the hotel to make your room reservation with your credit card. Rooms may not be available thereafter, depending on how heavily the hotel is booked. Miss the date, or procrastinate and be overflow against our block, and you could pay an extra $50 for the room, if you can get one at all. Fair Warning! Crimson Moon sold out their local hotel twice in 2004, 2005, and 2007 so book early.

Single men should keep in mind that Crimson Moon limits the number who may attend a party, based upon the number of single women who have pledged their attendance. It is to the benefit of both single men and women to register early for a party, to increase the number of both who may attend.

Please note the "Drop Dead Date" in the table above. That date is the ABSOLUTE last day by which Crimson Moon must have actually received payment from members with an approved application form already on file for you to attend the party. The actual cut off date could be earlier if the party is sold out, or our block of rooms is filling up quickly. Crimson Moon wants all our members to be able to attend our parties, so please, register early.
