Use of credit cards to pay for Crimson Moon party fees is limited to existing Members and those who have been pre-approved by the Management of Crimson Moon Ltd. to attend their first party. If you do not know if you are in either of these approved groups, you probably are not. Please E-mail Yoni to determine your eligibility to attend a party. Neither your payment of a party fee via credit card, nor our automated acceptance thereof constitutes approval for you to attend a party. Should you be ineligible to attend and should we accept your payment in error, we will make a refund or refusal within 10 working days, not including any fees charged by the credit card acceptor. This is your sole remedy for erroneous payment.

EXPLANATION OF HOW THIS WORKS

| Our good friends at "Bum Rap Productions" have generously offered to let us use
their established credit card acceptor and shopping cart to offer this service to you.
Between the percentage charges and monthly fees, it costs about $3 to process each charge,
so that amount is being added to the standard party fee. Bum Rap is making this service
available at cost.
You should understand that it takes about 48 hours for your payment to be accepted,
transferred to our bank and notification given to us of that payment. The deadline for
payments is therefore the same as before, you just eliminate the delay in transit caused
by our poor mail service.
When you click the link you will be leaving the Crimson Moon website, and transferring to
the Bum Rap Productions website. You will use their shopping cart, credit card acceptor
company, and SSL linkage to make your payment. Your credit card statement will read "Bum
Rap Productions" as the charging company. |
